    Hi,

I have a site where I will not be using the Hide My WP plugin. I see that this plugin made changes to my htaccess, and since I did not backup by htaccess before install, I don’t know how to revert it to the original state. Any help would be appreciated.

    (htaccess included in reply).

    Thank you.

Hi, the lines added by HMWP is between RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L] and RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f. You may remove these lines. But it’s better if you login to wp-admin, and click “reset settings to wp” button in HMWP and then deactivate/delete the plugin.
