s3 File uploader error with V3 signature

Hello Support,
I installed your script on my test server and setup the s3 bucket and user but when i try to upload a file i get the following errors(try uploading a file and check the console log i was unable to sent the logs here.
I’m not sure what is going wrong. Please i need some help to find the issue.
