We have google PPC campaigns running and we are getting intrusions registered from

    http://www.google.com/afs/ads?

    http://googleads.g.doubleclick

Are these legitimate attacks, or is this a bug that may be blocking visitors that are coming in from our ad campaigns?

    Thanks,
    Bill

Hi, those requests are registered as intrusion means that HMWP IDS has detected them as malicious request. But whether they are blocked or not depends upon their impact level. If Impact level is more than 20 (default value specified in HMWP PHP IDS) then such requests will be blocked.

To make sure that the requests are not detected as intrusion, you need to add the request name (Dashboard >> Intrusions) in Exception field.
