    Hello,

    I’m facing an issue with the configuration My settings are not saved.

    Also I have entered the purchased code but it keep giving this msg on the toolbar at the top

    Purchase code is empty or invalid. Please enter your purchase code for Hide My WP.

    I think the settings are implemented but not all, as for example when I change the admin login ID from 1234 to anything its not showing.

    but I got an email saying my Hi- This is Hide My WP plugin. Here is your new WordPress login address: and the new address

    also I checked the box to send me an email whenever some one visited 404 page but it dose not send any thing

    So when I save the config and go back to the config page I see nothing has been saved

    on the other side, the hide feature is working fine for me

    So what do you think the issue could be

    Hi trexma, I checked your site and everything’s working fine there. The settings are being saved, and even purchase code. Your site is now not detected as wordpress site by wpthemedetector.com, whatwpthemeisthat.com, etc.
    Please try adding your purchase code there.

    Hi akincansenol, please check if it’s only purchase code that’s not being saved for you or none of the settings are being saved? Please let us know your website url. Thanks!

    Hi, I’m having the same problem that none of the settings are saving. After clicking ‘Save’ the plugin settings just reset to default however the template directory listings update on the frontend, the login url changes but the new login url doesn’t work amongst other settings, so it looks like it’s saving to some extent but not completely working.

    Dear Suman,

    When I login to my admin panel I can’t see any of the config which I saved, as I told you the functionality of hiding the wordpress is working but at the config page I can’t see any of my settings which I put not the purchased code

    Also I have changed the default admin URL but it didn’t take the changes and it goes back to 1234 which is the default

    also at the top, I have this msg

    Purchase code is empty or invalid. Please enter your purchase code for Hide My WP. Get it now! | Quick guide | Remind me later

    Let me know if you have Skype so I can show you the exact issue if its still not clear for you.

    one more thing also I did entered my purchased code many times but its not saving as I explained in my ticket

    Hi trexma, it’s very strange that you cannot save anything from your end. I just logged into your website and changed the login secret, so that you new login url is new.levenbert.com/wp-login.php?secret=xyz

    Which browser (it’s version) you are using? Also can you please send us your purchase code as private reply.

    Hi Psynapsis, it could be just that only purchase code is not saved and other settings are being saved. Please let us know your site URL so that we can check this. Also, leave HMWP plugin active and ‘medium privacy more compatibility’ scheme applied.
