Hey guys..
We recently purchased your plugin after hearing great things about it from colleagues. The two primary reasons we want your plugin are security (obviously) and to hide what CMS and theme we use, as it is irrelevant to the people around us. We like to keep our work to ourselves.
We just followed your quick guide setup, but unfortunately it is still very easy to see what theme and CMS we use. A simple scan with an online tool caught it and by opening the source code it is all over too.
I am sure we’re just bad at setting it up. Is there any chance you guys could run it over for us? We’d greatly appreciate it and of course recommend your plugin.
Ty so much.

The menu is not appearing in logged out state if both HMWP and WP Rocket plugins are active. In logged in state menu appears ok. I don’t see any issue with chat widget in both the cases. Please check and confirm the above scenario. I’ll be looking into it further and get back to you.
May 29, 2017 at 8:55 am #16349Hello,
Thank you. Yes chat seems to be back again. The problem is WP rocket indeed, when logged in the site works perfectly. So something with HWP affects the cache. Okay thank you so much for looking into it!

For instance: http://imgur.com/a/XlFp7 vs http://imgur.com/a/ZmEq4. The blue box in the bottom has a wrong padding, font sizes are different etc. But it is all affected by the cache bug, because once logged in it all works.
May 30, 2017 at 6:18 am #16357Hi, it seems like there’s some serious compatibility issue with HMWP in your website and we couldn’t make it work. We request you to apply for the refund from your CodeCanyon Panel.

You’ll need to login to your Envato panel and apply for the refund from there. Refunds are handled by Envato itself, so you may ask any queries regarding the refund to Envato support.
