    Hello,

I’ve purchased the plugin this afternoon and installed and activated it tonight. My website went down and now I can’t even restaure à back-up even by importing a previous file: my website always appears as it’s new and I have to start from the beginning.
Any idea how I can restaure my previews version and install the plugin safely afterward?

    Thanks for helping.

Hi, I tried to access your site bouquinerie-institut.com but it’s not working (blank). If the site breaks after activating HMWP plugin, then the issue is usually related to htaccess file (if Apache server).
Please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details (as private reply) so that we can look into the issue.

    Ok. I will do that.
    Just two more questions:
    – Can I use other secuiryt plugins (I’m currently using All in One WP Security) or is Hide my WP enough?
    – Can I change the login query or is there a risk to be blocked out of the admin?
    Thanks for your help!

You can use other security plugin (like All in One WP Security or Wordfence) along with HMWP for better security.
Yes, you can change the login query, and note it down somewhere.

One more question: as I have bought 5 new licenses, is it possible to telle me what should or shouldn’t be in the .htaccess so that I don’t mess up my other sites?

HMWP rules shall be auto added to htaccess file, so you need not worry.
If you still want us to look into htaccess then please post your site’s htaccess content here.
