    After installing the plugin I can tell how much the website slowed down. But doesn’t no my real real problem now, the thing is that the plugin I use for memberships (
    Ultimate Membership Pro WordPress), can’t use it because when a new user tries to get a subscription, is not redirected to PayPal, instead gets the 404 page.
    Very very disappointing, I want my money back.

    Hi, with some complicated plugin enabled you might need to do a few manual settings. Please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further. If the issue couldn’t be fixed you’ll be eligible for the refund.
    Also, let us know the steps for user subscription so that we can check.

    Hi Suman,
    Thank you for replying. But unfortunately I’m not able to provide access to the web site due privacy policy in my company. There is any other way we can fix this? Can you send me instructions?

    First of all, please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.
    In HMWP Permalinks & urls tab, set “Ajax URL” field to blank/empty. Also try disabling “IDS” option under IDS Firewall tab.
    Let us know.
