Smart Indeed Pop Up Not working when i activated Hide My WP

Hello…

I need your help..
At the beginning, I installed Hide My WP, and i do input all the contains, etc..
after that i think i need pop up, so i installed smart indeed pop up…

I also do at localhost before put all of it in live.

Everything goes okay in localhost…
But when i make and activated the pop up in live, there is nothing happend, means that the pop up doesnt show…

After that, i tried to reset the Hide My WP Setting in live web, after that, the pop up show and working properly….

I would like to ask regarding the setting in Hide My WP. Which part should i didnt change the setting in order doesn’t block the pop up..

Hi, please follow these steps:

– in HMWP start tab, click on “reset settings to wp” button
– now in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings

Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be http://www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

Now check if the popup works. If it doesn’t work then please try disabling IDS option under IDS Firewall tab. If it’s still the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can have a look at the issue further.
