    Hi, can you please set “trusted user roles” for the users in HMWP General Settings tab? If it’s still the issue then can you please let us know for which user it’s displaying ‘site under construction’? Let us know that user’s login details so that we can check.

    The users which experiencing the problem are not logged in. For example; if I fill in the website url into facebook to make an add, it’s also showing a ‘under construction’ thumbnail.

    The under construction thumbnail while posting in facebook is not because of HMWP plugin. You’ll see it even if you disable HMWP.

    Some users also see the message sometimes. Cache is cleared and I’ve never used the construction message.

    Hi, first of all, we recommend you to deactivate HMWP Plugin and check the above issues.
    I don’t think the above mentioned issue is related to HMWP.
