    Hi!

    I installed and activated the plugin on my website, but when I did so the site wasn’t available anymore: all pages on the front end were inaccessible. I also started receiving emails of alert (every one or two minutes) saying a potential alert was detected.
    Good thing, I still had access to the back end so I deactivated the plugin and now everything is back to normal.
    Could you please help me to activate it so that my site still works?

    Hi, it’s most probably the htaccess issue (if you are using Apache server). And those alerts can be turned off in HMWP settings.

    I tried applying the settings in HMWP but the frontend is throwing error. I’ll need to check htaccess file. Please let us know your site’s FTP details. Also let us know your HMWp purchase code. Thanks!

    I’ve configured HMWP in your site and it seems to be working fine. Can you please check and let us know?

    Also, please enter HMWP purchase code in the Start tab.
