    Hi,

    I have selected “Medium Privacy – More compatibility (Recommended)” and the theme is detected everywhere.

    Any idea on how to fix this?

    Hi, is it Apache webserver and WP single site installation? Make sure that your htaccess file is writeable.
    If you’re still having the issue, then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details so that we can look into the issue further.
