Appreciate your help.

November 28, 2018 at 10:10 am #24463Hi, I tried to login using given credentials, but it’s not working!
Can you please generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply?
If you are using Apache server, then also post here your site’s .htaccess file content. Thanks!

– activate HMWP plugin, and enter purchase code in Start tab.
– in HMWP start tab, select ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save settings.
– in start tab click on “IIS configuration” button and follow guide to update web.config file. (web.config is located in WP root directory and you should use FTP (or hosting control panel) to update it. Note that you may need to update this file whenever you change settings or install a new plugin or theme)November 28, 2018 at 6:47 pm #24473Where can i find the web.config documentation please? I can’t find any info on that and IIS in your documentation attached with plugin.
November 29, 2018 at 4:29 am #24474Hi, web.config is located at your site’s root folder. And you can see the steps to be followed after you click on “IIS configuration” button in HMWP start tab.

And how can i check whether the usernames are hidden please?
>> I didn’t get it!! HMWP doesn’t hide usernames, it hides default login urls like /wp-admin and /wp-login.php -
