    Hello,

    I have change the admin key from 1234 to different number.
    And I am still able to login through 1234 as well as the different number I assigned to.
    Can you please sort the issue please? My website is already online for ecommerce customer use.

    Hello Support,

    After installing I noticed that my child theme style.css file stop responding.
    I tried to rewrite the child theme style.css but nothing happens. Even on the theme side there is no issues.
    I can’t deactivate the hide my wp. If I did, it may affect my site. My site is online for the customers to order products on daily basis.
    Please help me with this issue.

    I ask the developer to configure my hide my wp because of the installation error.

    Hello Support,

    This is the third ticket I am post in today.
    Intrusion numbers were increased to 207 in last 5 hours.

    The below images are from two different browsers. One with admin login testing the cart and other one is the user testing the cart.
    One with admin shows normal whereas for the user, the cart item shows “not found page”. Some of my user not even open the page or cannot proceed to checkout button.

    I have to deactivate the plugin because I had not a single orders.

    Hi, regarding inaccessible checkout page, you can either
    – goto Dashboard >> Intrusions, hover over the requests that are valid and click on ‘exclude’ link to add them to exception list, or
    – deactivate IDS option under HMWP IDS Firewall tab

    And regarding 2 different admin login urls and child theme css issue, we’ll be able to check only when HMWP is active. Please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details as private reply so that we can look into this further.

    Hello Suman,
    I have applied the setting you mentioned above.
    But I still able to see login page with hide_my_wp=1193
    Can you please explain me why?
