Hey Support team,
I am really disappointed with your product and support tutorials. I checked but your tutorials are like made by newbies. No full documentation and no working example.
I am using Elementor and Hello Elementor theme. And its not working and if I try to change Login URL And WP-ADMIN Url then it immediately breaks down the site and throws 404 error again and again and doesn’t show any way to get it fixed. It seems like a messy plugin. So its now your one time chance to help me get it fixed Or let’s cancel the product license.
I am waiting to hear from you instantly.
September 30, 2019 at 11:36 am #27763Suman M.Post count: 12478Hi, thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you. We’ll do our best to help your resolve the issue.
Renaming wp-admin required you to follow the onscreen instruction and follow each steps carefully, which also requires you to manually add a line of code in wp-config.php file. If you miss any step then you might be locked out of backend access, and then to gain access you’ll need to remove a line of code that you added in wp-config.php file and rename hide_my_wp plugin folder manually in plugins directory.
We can help you configure the plugin in your site. Please let us know your site’s wp-admin login details and FTP details (as private reply).
Also let us know the names you want for login path and wp-admin path. If the plugin doesn’t work then you are eligible for the full refund. Thanks!

We’ve noted it down. But yes, this might not be a plug & play plugin in some sites with other complex plugins. But we’ll help you configure the plugin and if in case it doesn’t work we’ll provide full refund.
I’ve applied ‘medium privacy more compatibility’ settings scheme from HMWP start tab, and the site seems to working fine.
Can you please check and let us know? Thanks!October 4, 2019 at 3:05 am #27841Suman M.Post count: 12478This reply has been marked as private.October 4, 2019 at 8:31 am #27850This reply has been marked as private.October 5, 2019 at 9:20 pm #27862Suman M.Post count: 12478This reply has been marked as private.October 6, 2019 at 4:15 am #27874Hey Suman
