Hi there!
I´ve recently purchased your plugin. I’ve configured it after reading and watching the quick fix guide and video tutorials. First I´ve chosen “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” as Import Options. Then I’ve made a couple of further changes in “General Settings” and “IDS Firewall” sections (I attached screen captures of my actual configuration).
My problem is when I try to upload an image from the frontend of my website. I always get an error.
I´ve read in your support forum some questions about image uploading errors, but the answers seem to be private, so I don´t know what to do.
Could you please give me a hand on this?
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Thank you very much.

December 20, 2016 at 11:31 am #13623Hi there!
I’ve tried your troubleshooting tips but I still have the same problem.
I attach two screen captures of my configuration where you can see I’ve applied your tips.
Thank you very much for your effort and time.

If it’s still the issue then please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into it further.December 21, 2016 at 9:47 am #13672Disabling IDS didn’t work for me… but the problem is solved!
I deactivated Hide My WP, checked my .htaccess file (which was restored to its initial settings), reactivated Hide My WP and the problem was gone!
For me it’s not the ideal situation because I always like to understand why the things are the way they are. You know, finding out how things work and so on. But the most important thing is that the issue is no more…
…but now I have another problem, which also seems to be complicated (at least for me). But I will open another discussion to ask you about it.
Thank you so much! Greetings from Spain!
