    There are a lot of features that have no documentation at all. I really like the plugin so far but some sites can still detect I am using wordpress. I feel like if I could use some of these other undocumented options I may be able to achieve the goal.

    After a bit of trial and error I got it working and my wp site and all the plugins are hidden completely on every site I have tested except http://builtwith.com/ which seems to be a cached page.
