Customers are getting error 404 after making a payment and the order is not pushing through. Tried deactivating HMWP and it works fine. Please check.

Hi, can you please try disabling IDS option under IDS Firewall tab and see if 404 error still there or not?

I followed the exact same steps as in the video with
    (1) HMWP activated and settings applied
    (2) HMWP deactivated

In both the cases I didn’t find any difference in payment user experience, and in both cases the order status was pending in the backend (https://www.screencast.com/t/Ykk0tCcU8)

Please check and let us know if we have missed anything.

Currently we are not able to access your website https://staging-tripxie.kinsta.com/. It looks broken. Can you please check?

Regarding disabling IDS, we want you to disable it to check if it works when IDS is disabled. If it works, then you can activate IDS again, and then try setting “Block Threshold” value (in IDS firewall tab) to 30 or 40. Also you can goto “Dashboard >> Intrusions”, hover over the requests related to payment and click on “exclude” link to add it to exception list.
