Urgent help, I cannot log in

Hello,
I m in trouble, I have to make some modification urgently on my website and I can’t log in:
I ve tried to Disable the Plugin:
-to rename plugin folder to something else.
– I deleted the admin path sentence in wp-config

– login URL sent by mail doesn’t work /wp-login.php?<customised>

I changed New Admin Path to something else but do’nt know how to revert everything back to default.

If I desactivate or delete the plugin in FTP => my website doesnt work anymore evertything is raw.

Please something else to do ?

I FORGOT TO SAY THAT even if i manage to have access to the login page now , i try to recover my password but nothing happen, I don’t receive mail.
I checked my database to make sure the password is correct
I also have a problem with WordFence, unable to receive a mail to unlock the login page after few trial. I tried desactivate it too…nothing.

Something is wrong and i don’t catch it.

Hi, is HMWP plugin active? What if you deactivate it? Do you receive email then?

Hello,
could it be related to the fact i installed an other WordPress site in the database ?
Because it happen just after that i cannot receive mails for retrieve my password and i couldn’t no longer use the hmwp admin link .

For each wordpress site the database should be different. Not sure though why you are not receiving emails. Please deactivate HMWP and try to resolve email issue (you might contact your hosting provider). After this we can help you configure HMWP in your site. Thanks!
