Hi,

I’ve detected malware on my site https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/mixteknoloji.com. How malware effects while hmwp is active ?? And what is the solution to delete malware? Also I ‘ve detected subdomains.

Now i have deactivated plugin. And when i active the plugin my website is broken.
Can you please check and control correct settings? i want to use with max hide and secure settings.

Hi, HMWP doesn’t protect you from the malware. Malware can get into your site from various means, like infected plugin or theme, your infected PC, etc. etc. To remove malware you’ll need to contact your hosting provider or some services like sucuri.net

I tried to login to your website with above credentials but it leads to 404 page. Can you please let us know the site’s FTP details so that we can look further into it? Thanks!

I applied “Medium Privacy more compatibility” settings scheme and it seems to be working fine. Can you please check?
(make sure that you clear the cache after applying settings in HMWP)

Thanks, when i’ve reset htaccess website’s started working.
when i deactivate plugin, all settings are lost .. is it true ?
And also i’ve purchased plugin for hide and security so i hope malware, trojan, virus etc. are not affected… That’s problem for me.

You can get the previous settings back by clicking on “restore previous settings” button in HMWP start tab.
