W3 Total Cache & Hide My WordPress

I have just configured w3 Total Cache and have hide my wp running along side of it after putting in the line of code suggested on the FAQ. I am using a browser plugin called wappalyzer and it shows what I am using on my site in the address bar. Is there something i’m missing? Shouldn’t it at least hide the wordpress and php icons? Is there a specific section in w3 cache that I need to pay attention to in this regard or hide my wordpress?

Well, it mainly depends on your configuration. Our demo site has not any specific feature it uses high privacy settings scheme.

The most important things here is that CMS finder tools usually uses a cache mechanism this means you need to wait for some days (or sometimes few weeks) to see the final result.

Enable more options in HMWP but to avoid any incompatibility issues do it one by one.

By my experience wappalyzer is not really smart so just wait for few weeks and try again.
