W3 + Wp Hide…Everything fine exept MAXCDN

Hi Guys, how are you?
I’ve installed W3, totally configured ad MAXCDN suggests, i followed this link:

Setup WordPress with W3 Total Cache

At first everything was working fine, and cdn worked…
After seeing the compatibility of WPHIDE with Maxcdn i decided to buy it…
I followed all the steps and I correctly installed WP-Hide, no problems with installation and i inserted CDN domain in the right place, but after that no more traffic was delivered by CDN…
I have my main installation of WordPress in a sub folder of the root…
I can’t understand why..Maybe is a problem related to my .htaccs file ?
I wrote also to MAXCDN and they told me the problem is WPHIDE, but i doubt it…I read people are using it without problems..
I’ve installed an other plugin named CDN LINKER, and also i followed instructions, but nothing changed…What can i do !?

Hi, not sure why adding cdn url in “cdn path” field in HMWP settings is not working in your case. I’ve added the replacements in “replace in html” option under HMWP replace tools tab and it seems to be working now.
Also, I’ve disabled Minify option in W3 total cache. For minification to work you have to follow the steps here – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/17774
