    Suman, can you help me check on the website loading speed also? cause after activate the plugin, the website do really slow down, from average 6sec become average 12 – 13sec.

    Is it that you don’t want to use the cache plugin? I’m not sure why theme developer told not to use cache plugin. It’s always recommended to use cache plugin (you can avoid minification of css/js though).

    I think i found the issue. It is the firewall block it. How can i remove firewall from block that section?

    If the requests have been blocked by HMWP IDS then please try setting “Block Threshold” value to 30 in IDS Firewall tab. If it doesn’t work then disable IDS option in IDS Firewall tab.

    If still the the issue, then try disabling HMWP plugin.

    Suman, i will choose disabling the firewall instead of trying threshold. I worry some user face this issue but they don know ask for support.
