    Hi,

    I am using the wplms theme and used your plugin -it crashed my website. I just purchased the plugin and tested it. Just changing the base name crashed the entire platform… kindly request you for a refund.

    Hi, it usually happens due to issue in htaccess file (if you are using Apache server), which we can resolve for you. Please do these:

    1) generate debug report from HMWP start tab and post it here as private reply.
    2) post here the content of your site’s .htaccess file.

    Hi Suman,

    Thanks,but i tried it out on a live site, and it broke the layouts and everything… I will have to reactivate it – a risk I would like to avoid. I was expecting this to work out of the box….
