    Hi,

    I installed HMWP on a clients eCommerce website.
    They contacted me this today to say in the last few days 4 orders were placed which were then later cancelled and they reckon its because of the plugin?

    I am still very unsure how this plugin works with regards to the intrusion list. Every time there is a transaction there are more intrusions added which I’m find confusing. Should the intrusion be excluded and how do I know which to exclude?

    How can I check if this is causing the cancelled orders?

    Hi, can you please try deactivating HMWP IDS from IDS Firewall tab.

    I still do not understanding this.

    By deactivating HMWP IDS from IDS Firewall tab do you mean
    untick Enable IDS that Monitor potensial dangerous requests?
    Will this make the site vulnerable?

    Yes, unchecking “enable IDS” option. It’s to confirm if IDS is blocking the woocommerce requests. If disabling IDS works for you then follow these steps:

    – enable IDS
    – goto Dashboard >> Intrusions; hover over the request(s) related to woocommerce and click on “Exclude link”
