Hi Suman,
I recently had an issue with HMWP after attempting to rename the wp-admin path and had to reinstall the plugin and restore settings from the previously working version.
However, since doing so, now when I attempt to access my custom wp-login URL, it keeps redirecting me to the homepage and the only way I can access the backend wp-admin login screen is only if I login via the theme frontend using an admin account and only then can I access the custom wp-login URL and wp-admin.
This wasn’t a problem previously and I’m not sure what’s happened.
Again, the only custom login setting I have configured now is the login URL, wp-admin path has been reset due to issues (see screenshot).
Is there a HMWP setting which prevents access to the backend login URL unless the user is already logged in via the front end? I can’t seem to work this out.
Many thanks in advance.
