    Our site is still detected by Wappalyzer. Please advice how to fix!

    Hi, I could see in your site’s page source some comments added by different plugins. You’ll need to remove/replace them using “replace in html” option under replace tools tab. Please add following replacements there:

    Powered by Visual Composer – drag and drop page builder for WordPress. ==> VC

    Yoast SEO plugin ==> YSP

    https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/ ==> YSP

    WP Admin Bar Removal ==> WABR

    Let us know if still being detected after above replacements.

    I applied “medium privacy” settings, set “rename plugins” to all plugins and added replacements for the comments added by plugins. Now wordpress and theme is not detected with detectors like wpthemedetector.com, whatwpthemeisthat.com, isitwp.com, etc. but seems like wappalyzer still detects wordpress (most probably because of woocommerce).
    I’ve assigned this ticket to sr. support so that he can look into this further.
