wp_remote_get() error and wp_remote_post() error

hey, I just installed hide my wp, this time on hostgator and I get an error :
wp_remote_get() failed. Some theme features may not work. Please contact your hosting provider and make sure that https://build.envato.com/api/ is not blocked.

I am using the very last version of avada and the very last version of hide_My_wp

host is saying this ins’t on they part.

Hi, can you please try disabling IDS option under IDS Firewall tab? Let us know.

Hi, strange, IDS was not anable, but the error went away, the only thkng that I changed was that, when I created the support account here, I was asked for a purchase number, I copy and paste the purchase number on the site, and was told this number belong to DLTM witch is mine but for an other site and company, so I when to my other site an company and copy a new purchase number, open the support account, and added to the site plugin, checked but no change, and now chaked again and error is gone!

do you think this could be the reason?
I have more licence then I have site now, but I have to say that I don’t know what licence for what site?

maybe the host changed something?

Hi, the above mentioned error is not related to purchase code. It could be that host changed something, but not sure. Let us know if you get the error again.
