Fixed,

In “Replace Tools” tab, I Replace URLs OLD: /wp-content/cache/min/1/ to NEW: /data/m/

and in “Permalinks & URLs” tab i leave clear -New theme path, -New style name, -New wp-includes path, and -New plugin path

Works for me in this form.
