    So, basically if I check Clean up body classes * option it make some changes.

    If I check menu classes it changes on menu preview. And if I check post classes it affects blog preview.

    And if I replace some names from Replace in HTML part it also affects active plugins and the become not working.

    I will leave them active so that you can see.

    Please advice.
