Thank you we utilized a renaming scheme combined (defined) with rewrite to solve our issue that we but would still like to proceed with refund.

See my notes below and you can understand the challenges that in my mind do not justify the amount of labor on your end for the cost of the plugin. We were just looking for a quick solution to a minor resolve but ended up doing what we needed to do which is to manually code and add some additional features not available.

We are well aware of the fact that this is more of a surface treatment and any great hacker knows what the site is we just wanted to hide some obvious links and utilized in regards to some protected content to mask location of files for download.

To summarize issues. Random major site breaking CSS 400 errors and occasional js loading of scripts on certain page loads somewhere bad request and in some cases not forwarding the correct uri. This looks to be a minification issue on our side and possibly timing as we order our scripts as well as combine. We know that this issue will possibly require rewriting code. Since we are doing heavy caching we disengaged but cannot disengage the object caching which may or may not be any factor in this. In the end our minification, combine and caching are not options to disable. BTW our manual coding did all that we desire so I am not sure why the plugin cannot do the same.

There was also the case sensitive issue that is on our end for links as we use a character generator with rules to create links and that was addressed through the generator ruleset ie lowercase/number scheme versus previous caps/symbols/letters lower combined upper and lower mixed. Your software changes all cap letters to lower for rewrite.

Also no matter what settings we used the wp-admin and wp-login were always available as a direct link even though they were hidden correctly.

We also received at times 400s on the login link. Even with the plugin correctly uninstalled a lot of the issues persisted until we uninstalled then reinstalled the plugin with default/no settings which cleared the issues and then uninstalled after which all was good. This one was a mystery possibly some sort of latency issue. We are on a dedicated server with no other sites.

Overall we feel this is too much and very dangerous for us to move ahead with this application but thank you for the offer.

    Sincerely,
