Hi Suman,

I have created another 3 sites on different browsers and I am not getting the issue either. I will put it down to an anomaly.

Please can you close the issue and thank you for your time in looking into it for me.

Morning Suman,

Thank you the changes and advice. I can confirm access and control over the admin dashboards. I will monitor closely for the rest of the day.

I have also left a 5* Customer Service rating as a thank you for all your efforts.

Morning Suman,

Thanks for working on this issue. When you say “reset settings to wp” do you mean do a restore of the network?

I have tried logging in to the dashboard but with no success.
