I am using WPEngine servers. This is what they told me to show you about their servers. “You can tell them we use both nginx/apache servers. You can show them this link for functions enabled at the server level https://wpengine.com…e-enabled-on-the-server-level/

This reply has been marked as private.Not sure. I am using a different plugin now (WP Hide & Security Enhancer). This plugin seems to be working with all of my plugins and theme. So, thank you for your help, but I think I am going to go with this other plugin for awhile and see how it works out. Do I need to do anything special to get rid of any footprints or leftover files from you plugin?

I updated the Mashshare Share Buttons and ViralPress plugins that are required by the theme, and then I started having issues. I also installed Opt-In Panda and that plugin seems to have issues with your plugin as well. What do you suggest at this point?

It seems that I am having an issue not being able to login again. One of my other theme plugins was updated today and it is causing an issue. Please advise…Thanks

I just spent the last hour on the phone with my hosting provider (GoDaddy) and they went through an extensive test to see what the issue could be. They said that the server and database were functioning fine, so they disconnected all of my plugins, and I turned one on at a time. I activated all of the plugins excepts yours and the website runs perfect. As soon as your plugin is activated I start to receive the errors in question; including the database error and the screenshot of the error you included in your last response. My hosting provider thinks that your plugin is causing to many database connections to be left open or not allowing them to close fast enough, which is intermittent, and probably causing this to happen because compatibility issues with another plugin(s) or theme
I currently have your plugin disabled, Please advise.
This reply has been marked as private.Also, if I activate the “Opt-In Panda” plugin with your plugin, I am unable to access the login screen.
Please advise on this issue as well as there seems to be cross compatibility problems. It seems that you may need to wait a few minutes before you see the issue arise after activating the plugins.
