You’re right. The culprit is an issue with Visual Composer plugin.

Just in case, somebody is experiencing this with visual composer, just add this css code:

.wpb_single_image img {
width: 100%;
}

Hello thanks. Looks great.

You said “CSS is still broken and it seems like it’s related to theme and not HMWP.” How can that be? The theme is working fine without HMWP. The issue is related to HMWP somehow.

The images are only overlapping when the plugin is activated.
