OK, I found where the problem is.
I’m using Bitnami for web hosting, and it has its own .htaccess file rule, which is not editable using this plugin. So I have to manually configure it using putty.
BTW, do you have plan to support Bitnami in this plugin? I mean without manual edit of .htaccess or other config files.
