    Actually I do all necessary steps by your recommendation, but I have this errors (describe earlier).
    Are you testing this “New wp-admin Path* features” on latest WP version?

    Pls, answer on my question: in your demo site “New wp-admin Path*” feature it is working correctly:
    1) top bar URLs?
    2) redirect after activating/deactivating plugin?

    Additional info: I have latest WP version and Nginx web-server.
