    When the higher level take a look, can you please check the version of wordpress running?

    I am running the latest version.

    Can you check as to why wordpress is hidden on the 404 pages but not on the main pages?

    Can you also please provide a Skype so we can work through this together?

    I believe you as I saw your demo site before.

    But I don’t think wappalyzer caches.
    I disabled wp-rocket and it was removed from the list in wappalyzer…

    Is there any solution at all?

    So what do I do?

    Im a little confused on the solution?

    Is the plugin not compatible to hide these things?

    I can see you guys are logged in now.
    Please lets try to get this resolved.

    If the woo commerce code you are referring to is the css, its custom css that Ive added.

    when i used the replace tool to replace the word ‘woo commerce’ i think it broke the site.

    And whether woocommerce is active or not- isn’t the job of your plugin to hide these things anyway?

    Secondly what instances of woocommerce are showing?

    Mate I don’t know. But to be honest, this support isn’t really good enough? I wait a whole day to get a response like this?

    Do you have a solution for me or not mate?
    Sorry for my frustration but I feel we are getting nowhere here.

    (And I’m going to have to wait a whole day for a response)

    I put them back as there was no change and as you know its my live site.
    I am currently cloning.

    Can we please do all we can to try to find a fix today? DO you have a Skype so we can work through it once and for all?

    As soon as the clone is done, I will report my findings and send you the login url.

    I am just going to add this as it seems I only get one reply a day and I am desperate to get this sorted asap.

    I have started getting people targeting wordpress sites target me, as well as attempts at my wp-login pages (obviously not working as I am hiding it).

    I have disabled ALL plugins and enabled just Hide my wp. and it was still showing in wappalyzer as a wordpress website.

    SO I am not sure.

    Is there a compatibility issue with the latest version of wordpress (as I know it came out after your most recent update was released…??)

    Hi-

    Im grateful for your help, but none of this seems to be working.
    I have done what you requested above.

    Still no joy.

    One thing I have noticed is that WP is not recognised on my 404 page.
    But everything shows on other pages (blog, woo commerce, wprocket..)

    Just as an FYI, I have now removed it from the built with database.

    But it still shows on wappalyzer as mentioned above. Im not sure why…
    Hopefully this can be solved by you guys.

    Hi. Thanks for trying. But builtwith.com is still showing WordPress and woocommerce.
    So too is wapalyzer…?
