It has been 24 hours and no reply from your support nor have we found a decent way to contact you.
We have consulted with another developer who told us that prestashop 1.7 uses widgets for user and cart. It seems that your module does not – probably the reason why we are not finding them in the live hooks settings meaning your module is not really compatible with ps 1.7 as you advertise it to be.
The “support” you offer is a joke at best which is why we feel its time to make a chargeback for the money we paid you.
