OK done and I still have major speed issues especially on iPad – I am sorry but its not sufficient to point a commercial tool to guage speed – its the customers direct experience of the site. and the site is not running well, I just want to totally remove the plug in and remnants of it in files. I will use it on another site shortly but if you could assist me – I am happy to supply admin & FTP access if required.
