Hi,
I do not have Skype.NOW I did check, it is fine, you are correct, no broken images. You must have done something signed in. Did you deactivate and re-activate the plugin?
The broken image issue was there and I am not sure why you did not see it? I checked geolocation, now you are correct and it also looks ok for me.
But I did message you at that moment, when there WAS an issue.
Also, you asked me for a lot of changes inside the settings last time. I want to ask if the plugin does now any security at all? So it did worth us to pay for your plugin?
There are clearly a conflict between something on the site, and I’m not sure why you are not helping us? DIVI Support was so much better, they’ve also seen the issue, as I’ve sent you their screenshots.
Please remember what you did just NOW so the broken images issue is solved – for now. As if I continue working, edit a module, change a text or so, the site is broken again.
Please check WP MEDIA FOLDERS plugin. DIVI said the issue is possibly a conflict between your plugin and the WP MEDIA FOLDERS plugin.
Please go ahead, test, test, test and come back you you finally see the issue. I’m losing my patience.

please-please-please be correct!
At THAT time, when I told you that AT THAT POINT the images were broken, they WERE broken. It was confirmed by my friend in another country, and also by Elegant Themes, DIVI. Please see the previously attached images by DIVI. You can see, images look broken on their side as well.
So it is not an issue that only I can see as admin or so.
I have no idea why you did NOT see it, when it was clearly an issue for everyone I asked.
Then, after you logged in and did something, issue is solved, and you say it never existed.
There is clearly an issue with your plugin – we just do not know what causes it. And nstead of you trying to find out, you say me the problem is non-existent.
You are CORRECT – AT THIS MOMENT there are NO broken images ISSUE.
But as mentioned a million times, I can not say when it comes. Sometimes it comes after I change a simple text module, sometimes after I change social media link in a module. It happens randomly, and this is why it was important for you to check AT THAT MOMENT when the issue was 100% there – confirmed by at least 2 people. And interesting, you still did not see it.
I will report again if this issue happens, and please make ascreenshot what you see.
We need to find a fix for this as this brokes the WHOLE site!! Not just Br94 logo which you’ve mentioned.
February 24, 2020 at 5:25 am #29466Suman M.Post count: 12480Apologies for the confusions. That’s why I asked to connect in Skype so that issue like this can be resolved quickly. We check support forum like 2 times a day only. Trust me, from the very 1st comment, I never saw broken images issue in the site.
But it should not happen in random, either it shall break images all the time or the images shall work all the time, because the renamed image path is working fine.
As the images are not broken, I’m not able to investigate it further as of now. Let me know if it’s broken again. If you don’t use skype do you use any other alternatives? I want you to message me when the images break and I can check immediately.
Thanks for your understanding!February 24, 2020 at 10:07 am #29471This reply has been marked as private.February 25, 2020 at 3:54 am #29475Suman M.Post count: 12480This reply has been marked as private.February 25, 2020 at 9:35 am #29479No, Facebook Messenger.
