    You simply have to apply for the refund via your Envato Panel. The refund could take few days.

    Hi, unfortunately we’ll not be making this change specific to some themes. Renaming wp-admin path itself is a complex process. So it’ll complicate it more. And the worst case scenario is that renaming wp-admin will not work until it’s changed in theme code itself.

    For that you can rename wp-admin path name. Then he’ll be able to see that 404 error popup which will help him trace the origin of the issue.

    Note: you might need to login with https://www.best-helpdesk.com/conexion/ after clicking on “I did it, login to new dashboard” button

    You don’t need to do anything with custom login page of the ARMember plugin. Just rename wp-admin path name from HMWP settings so that template developer can check the issue/error.
