Hi, do I have to delete these two plugins (http://prntscr.com/labjiq | http://prntscr.com/labk06) so that your plugin can work properly on my site?
October 26, 2018 at 5:19 am #24011Hi, you need not delete/deactivate these plugins. But do not enable same feature in more than one plugin. For example, you can deactivate Anti-spam option in HMWP as you already have Cerber Security Antispam & Malware plugin.
October 27, 2018 at 2:38 am #24030I don’t know how to set up Nginx Server (SS: http://prntscr.com/lazl1k).
I have tried to see your tutorial video, but it hasn’t been resolved (SS: http://prntscr.com/lazlf0).
October 27, 2018 at 3:20 am #24031System: Debian 9 64-bit
PHP Version: 7.2October 28, 2018 at 6:27 am #24039You’ll need to follow the steps as mentioned in the tutorial – https://support.wpwave.com/videos/setup-hmwp-on-nginx-webserver
Make sure that the Nginx config file you are editing is correct one (you can ask your hosting provider regarding it), and add HMWP rules within “server{}” block in nginx config file, and restart nginx server. If you need professional installation service from us then please check this – http://support.wpwave.com/product/installation-service

– disable “Directory List” option in General settings tab
– disable “Hide PHP Files” option in General settings tab
– empty out “Ajax URL” field in Permalinks & URLs tab
– if above doesn’t fix the issue then try disabling IDS option in IDS Firewall tabLet us know.
April 24, 2019 at 6:57 am #26204Ok, the problem is Firewall, and it’s been directed to the cart. But, why does my website look like this?

Can you please post here nginx config content after you have added HMWP rules there?

Please remove HMWP rules from there and add it just before the closing braces “}” of server block. After this, restart the nginx server and check the site. Let us know!
