I want to ask once again. How can I revert all settings to Default WP. Clicking on ‘Reset settings to WP’ button does revert everything completely to the default.
The answer I got last time was terrible. My website has many issues since I clicked on the button. So I re-installed the plugin but it still shows many issues with other plugins and theme. Please give me a sincere answer!December 20, 2016 at 4:22 pm #13632Suman M.Post count: 12478Hi, can you please explain what exactly is the error/issue you are having (related to HMWP plugin) even after disabling HMWP plugin? Screenshots will be helpful. Thanks!
December 21, 2016 at 1:31 am #13649aispilePost count: 51First, after disabling the plugin, My website cannot load images. Because instead of getting images from the default address, the website is still trying to get images from ‘/file’.
And the other settings that the plugin made still exit. Pretty much all.
How can I revert these to the original settings?- This reply was modified 8 years ago by aispile.

December 21, 2016 at 6:16 am #13657Suman M.Post count: 12478That’s strange, after disabling HMWP plugin all the paths should return to WP default. Can you please let us know your website’s wp-admin login details (as private reply), so that we can look into the issue further.

Please check and let us know if anything is broken. Also let us know the page url where the issue is and attach the screenshot of the issue.

Is the issue only in mobile phones or in desktops too? And which page can I check this? We only check the homepage (until you mention the issue is in other pages), as it’s not possible to check each and every page.
I changed “new path” to “/assets”, but still in the site’s page source I see “/file”
(http://screencast.com/t/1QorHNHRnpMp). So, it seems like it’s hard-coded somewhere. Please check! Also I see that WP super cache is enabled, so you’ve to clear the cache after changing the settings in HMWP.
The bottom line is that, once you deactivate HMWP plugin, the website should work as normal. Please list the things, after deactivating HMWP (and clearing cache), that are not working (one issue I have already clarified above regarding the image paths).

I did not tell you to check all pages. Did I tell you to check pages? Are you even reading my messages?I changed “new path” to “/assets”, but still in the site’s page source I see “/file”
So, it seems like it’s hard-coded somewhere. Please check!Who did that?? Your plugin did it. Don’t you understand it? Do not try to blame something else!. I am talking about this plugin!
Also I see that WP super cache is enabled, so you’ve to clear the cache after changing the settings in HMWP.
I installed it just today. If it is the problem I can disable it.The bottom line is that, once you deactivate HMWP plugin, the website should work as normal. Please list the things, after deactivating HMWP (and clearing cache), that are not working (one issue I have already clarified above regarding the image paths).
The bottom line is that, once I deactivate HMWP plugin, the website does not work normal!!!!!
How many times do I have to tell the same thing over and over again??- This reply was modified 8 years ago by aispile.

December 22, 2016 at 7:57 am #13718aispilePost count: 51Suman Maharjan, why don’t you just assign it to sr. support?
Are you even reading my messages??First, I cannot remember every single problems!!!! There are too many!!
Second, I said “The bottom line is that, once I deactivate HMWP plugin, the website does not work normal!!!!! How many times do I have to tell the same thing over and over again??”
Don’t you think this is the root of all problems???As soon as the main problem is solved the rest will be solved automatically. You said “I changed “new path” to “/assets”, but still in the site’s page source I see “/file”
So, it seems like it’s hard-coded somewhere. Please check!”.As I said NO BODY hard coded it. The plugin did it.
This is the PROBLEM!December 23, 2016 at 1:50 pm #13763aispilePost count: 51When will I get an answer for it?
December 23, 2016 at 2:57 pm #13764Suman M.Post count: 12478This ticket has already been assigned to sr. support. He shall get back to you.
