    Hi,

    After installing this plugin most of my site have issues on mobile.
    The plugin crashed my site on mobile.

    I tried to turn off the plugin from my site, and now I can’t access to my wp-admin.

    Because this plugin my site has a lot of bugs.
    And because of that, I’m losing a lot of users and my time for fixing it.

    Hi, I’m not sure what exactly are the issues? May be you could let us know so that we could resolve. When I last time configured the plugin in your site, everything seemed to be working fine.

    Hi,

    All my theme of my website didn’t work well.
    I had a lot of issues, and I had to restore my site for 1 week ago.
    Now everything works well without this plugin. I can’t use it and I don’t want to take any risk again.
    I want to ask for a refund, please explain to me how I can do it?

    “The issue was all because you didn’t properly rename wp-admin path name. Also, it seems like you didn’t follow the steps mentioned above (it will just remove settings related to HMWP). And for us to rename wp-admin path for you, we’ll need access to your site and wp-config. So this is kind of bottle neck, neither you could configure the plugin correctly nor we could have access to configure it for you. In that case, unfortunately, we’ll have to ask you to apply for the refund. Please apply for it via your Envato panel. Thanks for your understanding!”
