    Hi, you should have backed up HMWP settings by clicking on “export current settings” button. Anyways, please follow these steps:

    – goto HMWP Start Tab, select “Medium Privacy – More Compatibility” scheme and save the settings
    – goto Permalink & URLs tab and set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins”

    Now you can proceed further from here and try renaming “wp-admin path” if required. Let us know if something specific is not working.

    You can try deactivating the plugin one at a time. Another option is to clone/copy the website and test it there.

    To replace /wp-admin/css/color-picker.min.css, please add following replacement in ‘Replace URLs’ option under replace tools tab.
    wp-admin/css/color-picker.min.css ==> color-picker.min.css

    Which plugin did you use for minification? Better wordpress minify plugin works well along with HMWP. Also check this FAQ regarding the minification – http://codecanyon.net/item/hide-my-wp-no-one-can-know-you-use-wordpress/4177158/faqs/17298
