ersalabertPost count: 5I saw your reply after I sent my message. It’s possible that it’s the IDS option that may have caused the problem. What is the risk, if any, to having IDS disabled?
ersalabertPost count: 5Following all of these steps, and leaving the API Base and Query fields as they are by default seems to have solved the issue:
– disable “Anti Spam” option in HMWP General settings tab
– enter your name and email address in “Email sender name” and “Email sender address” fields in General settings tab
– if still the issue then try disabling “IDS” option in IDS Firewall tabI did them all, but for sure the disabling of Anti Spam didn’t help, but perhaps the latter two options for sure fixed the problem.

ersalabertPost count: 5Bluehost informed me that they use Nginx Webserver with Apache 4.0 on my shared environment. Now, I don’t know if Nginx is also a webserver OS that runs on the Nginx webserver, and this is what I need help to understand.
The mention of WPEngine was to use the video tutorial on your site as an example to help me understand if I need to run the same steps on my Bluehost side based on what Bluehost explained. Hopefully you can make it clear.
