I noticed the same thing. I would like to know whats going on too. I had to roll my whole site back
I see you got parts of it working but it says
Content Delivery Network support via maxcdn is currently disabled.
Which leads me to believe some aspects are not turned on.
After a bit of trial and error I got it working and my wp site and all the plugins are hidden completely on every site I have tested except http://builtwith.com/ which seems to be a cached page.
