Hi,
In that case you can update the IP list manually and remove the harmless IPs which already shared with you above.

How it decides to block an IP?

Hi Suman;

It is not possible to use replace tool in such a big amount.

You must replace it in developer side like “Remove Version”.

If you can make it plugin will be perfect.

I did same things but did not work for me!!

Also please log out and write …/wp-admin to url bar you can enter without password!
This is an another issue.

Can you tell me which menu exactly you mean;

Hide My WP > General Settings > Hide Login Page

or anything else?
