    Thanks for the credentials. I checked all the settings and everything is fine. It seems like the server is not allowing .htaccess file to read or so. Can you please contact your hosting provider regarding this?

    I have just checked the permission of .htaccess by connecting to FTP, but it is set to be readable.
    The permission value is 644.

    I am currently using Amazon Web Service, but is there any way to configure the server so that AWS can read .htaccess?

    Hi Suman.
    Is Bitnami’s WordPress in Ubuntu environment not supported by ‘Hide my wp’ plugin?
    I know that your plugins use .htaccess.
    However, in my server environment the plug-in does not work even though I have made .htaccess readable.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have tried all of the different settings provided by AWS and Bitnami.
    (How to modify httpd.conf and htaccess.conf to make .htaccess readable)

    Still, the error has not been resolved, and I think this is because you created the plugin without considering the server environment of Ubuntu.

    I am not sure whether this error is caused by my server.

    As much as I pay and use this plugin,
    If your plug-in does not work on my server
    Isn’t it your job to be update the plugin to suit my server environment or find solution and fix my error?

    Just tell me “Unfortunately, server specific issues are out of scope for our team.” It seems irresponsible for customers who have paid you to say.

    I think you should have a solution for them even for customers using Ubuntu’s hosting environment.

    Please reply quickly.

    And, among other plugins, css and javascript are broken.
    How do I fix them?
