    Hi, such query strings cannot be replaced as it will create conflict with associated plugin or theme.

    Hi, please try emptying out “API Query” and “API Base” fields in HMWP permalinks & urls tab. Let us know.

    Hi,

    1) It’s one license one website. Hence you’ll need separate license for each of the websites (Envato license policy).

    2) There’s no specific time. We usually reply within 12 hours (non-weekend days) and we also try to reply during the weekends.

    It seems like you have deactivated HMWP plugin. Please apply “medium privacy more compatibility” settings scheme from HMWP start tab and then disable/uncheck “search base redirect” option in Permalinks & URLs tab. Let us know if you still have issue with search.

    Hi, is this the issue right after you activate HMWP plugin or after you apply some settings in HMWP? And is the issue both in backend and frontend of the website?

    I tried to login to site’s backend using above credentials and I got this error page – https://www.screencast.com/t/7UcrYzWoR
