I activated HMWP plugin in your website and performed Advanced Search. It’s showing the search results correctly (shown in attachment). If I’m missing something here, please let me know; and what was the error you were getting.

There should not be any issue with password protected pages and HMWP plugin. Let me know your website details (also backend) so that I can have a look at it.

As stated above by Hassan, just selecting ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibilty’ scheme should do the job. Same is the setting in our demo site – http://hide-my-wp.wpwave.com

Have you gone through HMW documentation (in ‘documentation’ folder within plugin)?

In the documentation, goto the section – Installation and Upgrade >> Multi-site Configuration

I tested ‘Ultimate WP Query Search Filter’ plugin (with HMW plugin activated), and the search works fine – both default and ajax.

Have you checked in your site with HMW plugin activated and deactivated both? If you are not seeing search result only when HMW plugin is activated, then can you please provide me with your website URL (where the search page is) and backend login details as private reply.

Hi ionicboy,

Your site http://www.nicolaconcas.it is not detected to be using wordpress in tools like whatwpthemeisthat.com and wpthemedetector.com. However, I can see WP icon displayed in wappalyzer. At the moment we’re not very sure about what technique it is using for detection. We will include this in our update list and we will be taking care of this in the future updates of the plugin.

Also, I could see that contact form 7 is being renamed in your site.
